He crosses modern sounds with Pink Floyd, has written an opera about the Norrmalmstorg drama and set the tone for an exchange of letters between Clara Schumann and Johannes Brahms. Albert Schnelzer broke through in 1998 and is one of the most productive composers of our time. In her second violin concerto, premiered by and written for violinist Ilya Gringolt in the spring of 2019 with the Uppsala Chamber Orchestra, the starting point is Nobel Laureate Kazuo Ishiguro's short story collection Nocturnal songs.
