Umeå Jazzstudio takes part in Spelrum – Umeå’s Cultural Festival. This time, they’re creating a Jazz Thursday – on a Friday. The Oscar Fridolfsson Band is a sextet whose members have played together for many years, performing music with melody at its heart. Contemporary jazz with influences from pop and folk music. Oscar has long wanted to explore his music in a larger format, and now he is making it happen with his expanded ensemble, XL. Compositions and arrangements by Oscar Fridolfsson.
