Vasagatan has been transformed – come celebrate with Kvarteret Utopia and Umeå Municipality!

Enjoy free popcorn, coffee, fun competitions and hear more about the new street design and the archaeological finds discovered during the renovation.

• Unveiling of the mural “Beneath the Northern Lights”
• Join Utopia's contest for a chance to win a framed photograph of the northern lights over Umeå.
• Performances by Balettakademien at 16.00, 16.30 and 17.00 in front of the mural.
  In case of rain, performances will be moved indoors to Utopia’s event area.
