All of us who live and work in Umeå are part of our shared hosting responsibilities. In order for visitors and residents to be satisfied, we all need to take responsibility for our hosting.

Regardless of where you get help - at the hotel reception, at the restaurant table, or from someone on the street - personal contact has a big impact on the visitor's experience of the city.

Personal meetings are appreciated by our visitors and create a sense of security. However, you may not always have time to answer guests as extensively as you would like. We have gathered material that can help you along the way and that you can order customized for your business

For order:

• QR code with a link to visitumea.se (business card size) that can be handed out to guests. Available in Swedish and English and can be ordered in several colors.

• Posters 70x100cm. Order by emailing us. Write in the subject line: Order Hosting Material.

• Maps. Both the tourist map of Umeå and Västerbotten and the A4 map of Umeå can be delivered on request.

• Images for display on digital screens. Portrait and landscape. We will adapt the size according to your wishes. Order by emailing us and we will get back to you shortly. You can also download images from our content bank.
