Umeå has five major conference facilities – Aula Nordica, Nolia, P5 with Vävenscenen, Clarion Hotel Umeå and Umeå Folkets Hus, all with their different advantages. P5, Clarion and Umeå Folkets Hus are located in the middle of central Umeå, while Aula Nordica and Nolia are about 15-20 minutes walk from the center.

Here they build, project manage and rent out premises - all to help actors create their own fairs, events or other types of meeting places. Aula Nordica
A large meeting facility on Umeå University's campus area. Equipped with all possible technology that may be needed and space for 1000 people.
Vävenscenen (Väven Stage) och P5
Vävenscenen in the cultural center Väven has room for 400 people, with exhibition and stand areas of 300 square meters in direct connection. The premises are booked via P5.

Clarion Hotel Umeå
The hotel has a city center-close location right by the Ume River, a meeting arena with a 500 square meter event and banquet hall, 12 conference rooms of various sizes, restaurant with roof terrace, roof bar, gym and spa.

Clarion Collection Hotel Uman was formerly the city's city medical villa, from the 1920s onwards. When the building was turned into a hotel in the early 1990s, a new building was also added down to the river. The largest conference room can accommodate 56 people in classroom style. The conference lunch often includes northern specialties such as reindeer sausage and Västerbotten cheese gratin.

There are 8 meeting rooms that can accommodate anything from 2 to 110 people. The rooms are bright and equipped with an LCD projector and audio equipment. Scandic Hotel Plaza's bright open environments are suitable for both meetings and relaxation. In the 14-storey building, the conference floor is located on the 2nd floor with nine different premises. The largest, the Odeon, can accommodate up to 126 people in school seating.
