Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga. Practitioners remain still in seated or reclining poses for extended periods, allowing for a deeper stretch of the body’s connective tissues. As such, yin yoga is an excellent complement to other forms of physical activity and can also help reduce stress. Registration is required. A warm welcome!
