Ateljé Vita Duken

Ateljé Vita Duken is the most intimate restaurant under the roof of Tornhuset. The kitchen works with ingredients and flavours from the colder parts of Europe, creating a menu that shifts with the seasons and highlights what is at its best right now.

With a small number of seats and a pared-back setting, you come close to the craft behind each dish. Temperatures, technique and the ingredients’ own nuances take centre stage, keeping the expression clean and precise.

The restaurant is part of the broader culinary project at Tornhuset and is run by Per Söderberg and Mathias Dahlgren, who together have shaped the building’s gastronomic direction.
