Umeå Triathlon

Categories: Olympic recreational, Olympic recreational relay, sprint recreational, sprint recreational relay. Takes place at the Nydalasjön recreational area, close to the city center. The swim takes place in Lake Nydala, followed by a short run to the transition area. The cycling course passes through Täfteå and continues towards the coast. The Olympic distance route turns around at Rovögern. The surroundings offer a coastal setting with farms, open fields and a slight urban feel, as the course is located on the outskirts of Umeå.
