Hike in Lövölandet

About the activity: Join a guided hike of approximately 10 kilometres through the varied natural landscape of Lövölandet in Holmsund. The route follows forest trails via Röavaberget to Yttre Täftefjärden, where you will stop for lunch. The terrain is gently undulating, with rocky outcrops, ponds, small lakes and sea views. A beautiful hike lasting around four hours.
Difficulty level: Beginner, some experience recommended

Hike for singles 25+

About the activity: For the third year in a row, PicMe invites you to enjoy a day filled with fresh air, autumn atmosphere and a sense of community in nature. You will walk together at a relaxed pace, with short stops along the way where conversations and connections can develop naturally. A prepared lunch and delicious refreshments will be served during the day. Dogs are welcome, and the exact meeting point will be shared with registered participants.

Pilgrimage hike with your dog

About the activity: Dog owners are invited to join a pilgrimage hike in Norrbyn, south of Hörnefors, on this autumn Saturday. During the hike, you will talk and reflect together with a guide on the theme of simplicity. The walk is approximately 6 kilometres long and follows easy terrain. Please bring your own refreshments, lunch and clothing suitable for the weather.

One step closer to nature

About the activity: Together, you will hike through Grössjön Nature Reserve. Along the trail, you will stop from time to time for guided exercises specially designed to help you experience nature with all your senses. Halfway through the hike, you will take a break for a snack. Please bring your own food and drinks. The hike is approximately 6 kilometres long.
Difficulty level: Beginner
Price: SEK 70 for members, SEK 100 for non-members. Free for children aged 15 and under when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

About the activity: Fuel up for the day’s hike with a delicious brunch at Granö Beckasin. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee, award-winning sourdough bread, pies, soup, pastries and a hearty salad featuring the flavours of autumn.
The brunch is perfect before Hide n’ Seek Music or a hike along trails such as Tvåälvsleden or Kärleksstigen.

River walk along Öre River

About the activity: Join a guided walk along the Öre River and the Mjölarrundan trail. During the walk, you will learn more about the restoration of the Öre River as part of the Ecostreams for Life project, the importance of waterways in the landscape and the goals of the restoration work. A light lunch and refreshments are included.

Husky walk

About the activity: Enjoy a guided walk through the beautiful countryside around Granö and the Ume River, accompanied by your own husky attached to a waist belt. The walk lasts approximately two hours, with a break for refreshments along the trail.

Secret Forest Concert – Hide n’ Seek

About the activity: Inspired by hide-and-seek and geocaching, Hide n’ Seek Music invites you to an intimate forest concert at a secret location in nature. The exact coordinates will be sent approximately two hours before the concert begins. Wear practical clothing and sturdy shoes, and bring something to sit on. Be prepared to spend the entire afternoon outdoors. For those who would like a longer walk, an alternative starting point farther from the concert venue will be available.

Nature’s Pantry with Sundlinska Gården
Date: Saturday, 3 October

About the activity: Spend a day in the forest outside Vännäs and choose one of four activities: fishing, a nature walk with mushroom picking, hunting, or cooking over an open fire. Afterwards, everyone gathers at a scenic viewpoint for a Viking-inspired meal cooked over the fire, followed by a fire show featuring professional dancers. Previous experience is required to take part in hunting. The other activities are suitable for most people.

Om aktiviteten: Guidad höstvandring på cirka 10 kilometer längs vackra Öreälven tillsammans med Lovisa från Råverk och Karin från Lokalt914. Längs vägen stannar upp ni för kokkaffe och en utvald godbit till forsens brus. Vandringen avslutas på Öre Kvarn & Bageri med nygräddad surdegspizza och efterrätt.

After Hajk at Granö Beckasin

About the activity: Round off your day of hiking with After Hajk at Granö Beckasin. Inside the teepee hot chocolate, local beer, reindeer and moose sausages, and flatbread tacos will be served. Gather around the fire, meet other hikers and share the day’s experiences. After Hajk is a great addition to Hide n’ Seek Music. The hut is open from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m., and no booking is required - just drop by.

Walking Meditation

About the activity: Unwind after a long day at your own pace. Inner Strength offers guided audio sessions that combine movement and recovery, inspired by nature and the changing seasons. You can take these sessions with you on a walk or run, pausing at a scenic spot to be guided through breathing exercises, mobility training, or more challenging core and balance exercises.
After spending time outdoors, you can also choose calmer, longer sessions designed to help you bring the tranquillity of nature into your home. All you need is a pair of headphones.
