Adventure trail Nydala

Along the path, there are eleven obstacles of varying nature and difficulty. The obstacles are designed to challenge the participant with constant changes in position and balance exercises. It's like an outdoor playground, where both body and mind are trained by navigating the different challenges. This is an approximately 800-meter long forest trail that starts and ends at Kärleksviken Beach by Lake Nydala.
