Dreamworld tells the story of a dreamer who wakes up in an unfamiliar world. There, she encounters several characters with whom she shares both beautiful and turbulent moments. What she doesn’t realize is that they are all parts of her subconscious — they are one and the same. This immersive performance blends dance, aerial silks, and silent acting to take the audience on an emotional journey that shines a light on the importance of listening inward. Alva Andersson, who directs, choreographs, and designs the set, explores new narrative forms through her creative use of interactive scenography and a movement approach rooted in structured improvisation, intuition, and collaboration. Dreamworld has a runtime of approximately 50 minutes, with a matinée performance at 2 p.m. and an evening performance at 6 p.m.
