6) Vårruset (Spring run) June 8
Get ready for a wonderful evening in the spirit of movement, run, jog or walk 2.5 km or 5 km alone or with your friends, colleagues, relatives or neighbors. The race takes place in the beautiful outdoor area Mariehemsängarna in Umeå.

7) Swedish Beach June 17-18
The Swedish elite in beach volleyball comes to Umeå and this time the competition is arranged at Bettnessands havsbad.

8) Midnight Sun Randonnée June 19-23
For the second year, the road bike race Midnight Sun Randonnée is arranged with start and finish in Umeå. Participants will experience a competition where they follow river valleys, lake shores and fjords. They will cross vast coniferous forests, snow-capped mountains and the Arctic Circle on their journey up to the northern parts of Norway before turning back to finally reach the finish in Umeå.

9) SM-veckan - Swedish Championship June 27 - July 2
Time for the fight for the Swedish Championship gold medal in Umeå. Triathlon and climbing are making a comeback on the program and, together with squad gymnastics, swimming, orienteering and rally sprint, will compete for the medals.
