Botanize among Umeå city's art offer
In the center of Umeå there are several different public works of art and a bunch of interesting museums. Visit Umeå together with the art unit at Umeå municipality has produced an art walk with 18 interesting works of art in the center. Find the guide here.
Also, do not miss the inspiring environment around the artistic campus. A visit to the Bildmuseet leaves no one disappointed and with a concluding lunch at one of the river restaurants - Hansson och Hammar, Tonka Strandgatan, Båten, Gotthads vid älven or Sjöbris, the day will be fullfilled.

Even thoug we wish for sunny weather this summer, we know that there will be a whole bunch of rainy days. But do not despair! Umeå center offers several fun indoor activities that will make you long for rainy days. Bring a group of friends to an escape room Molinders mysterium, challange the family in Lazerdome at Megazone, go to the cinema at Filmstaden eller play bowling at Oleary´s.
